We specialise in providing a friendly and personal booking service for independently owned properties in and around Keswick in the Lake District. We have been doing this since 1987 and have a high level of repeat business and large customer database. We get to know our customers and do our best to help them have a great holiday in the Lakes. As a small agency, we keep fees simple; we do not have a tiered structure for additional services such as maintenance. You pay a small percentage of the weekly rental as a booking fee – that’s it.

We look after your property and visit between every guest booking. Our philosophy is that if simple things need fixing, we sort it out quickly for the benefit of our customers and owners. If bigger jobs are required, we agree with you first how it should be approached and then work with you to get it sorted. If we can fix it for you, we will, for a reasonable, pre-agreed price.

We are happy to provide help and advice about your property, what to provide in it and how to market it to get the best occupancy rates. If you are thinking of buying a property in Keswick or changing your booking agent, then do please get in touch.

We aim to provide quality accommodation at reasonable prices to provide the best opportunity for high occupancy levels throughout the year.  We prefer our properties to be inspected annually by Visit England or Quality Cumbria and meet all the necessary requirements for insurance, safety and cleanliness. Alternatively, you can take membership with the Keswick Tourism Association, signing up to their Charter as a minimum standard for your accommodation.

Our owners love to visit the Lakes too so we do not put any restrictions on the numbers of owners weeks you wish to use.
