Where can I find your booking terms and conditions?

Where can I find the full address of the property I have booked?
Head to the property page for your chosen property, the full address is listed under the location tab.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Deposit of £100 is needed at the time of booking, the deposit is deducted off the total cost.
When is my balance due?
Your balance is due 6 weeks before your stay, you will receive a reminder email 6 weeks before your stay to remind you, your balance is due.
Which properties are pet friendly?
In Keswick we have Brundholme House which will accept up to 2 dogs for £25 per dog, per stay. Derwent Cottage, which will accept 1 small dog for no fee per stay. Riverside View will accept 1 dog for £25 per stay.
In Portinscale, we have Brandelhowe, where we allow up to 2 dogs for £25 per stay, per dog.
When will I receive my check in information?
Check in information is sent 7 days before your stay at around 10am.
Do you supply towels?
Yes, towels are supplied, we will leave 1 set (one bath towel and one hand towel) per guest.
Are there hair dryers in the property
Yes, you will find a hair dryer in all of our properties. You will usually find them in the wardrobe or chest of draws in the master bedroom.
Is there any additional parking?
No, our properties only have the number of parking spaces that are listed on the property page. For long stay parking information for additional cars follow this link Car Parks (keswick.org)
What supplies are in the property?
We leave a basic supply of essentials in each property- a dish cloth, sponge, tea towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, hand wash, dishwasher tablets & 2 x toilet rolls per bathroom.
Do any of the properties have secure bike storage?
Brundholme House has a shed suitable for storing up to six bikes, ideal for cyclists exploring the surrounding area. Please note that use of the shed is at guests’ own risk and bicycles are not covered by the property’s insurance.
