Great Apartment. Our fifth visit so that really says it all.. All you need for a really enjoyable stay. Virtually next door to Booths and the Bus Station which was ideal for a car free holiday. Safe parking and a very well equipped apartment.

Wonderful holiday. This is our 2nd time at No.9 and it was just as good as the first time we visited. The flat is so well kept that nothing had changed. It has a lovely feel to it and is in the perfect location for the town centre and exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely come back again!

Loved our stay here. Flat excellent with a warm homely feel. Location is a bonus being near to Booths and the bus station. There is a lift if required for the less abled too.

Such a well maintained, clean and conveniently situated apartment. We were so impressed with 16 Greta Grove in every way. It is kept so clean, which is very important to us. Everything in the flat is maintained to a great standard. The location is brilliant so that we hardly had to use our car at all. When we return to the Lake District, we will definitely hope to stay here again.

A lovely apartment, perfect for a weekend break. The accommodation is compact but had everything we needed, including a parking space! We will definitely stay again.

Crofts Cottage is a lovely stay for couples or young families, the location is a 5 minute walk from the Keswick shops, cafes and restaurants, in a peaceful residential area free from the sounds of busyness in the evening. Parking availability is generally quite good, but be prepared to park down the road or round the corner as the street parking is unallocated – but we managed to park directly outside the house most of the time. It’s location at the top end of Keswick is great for getting in and out of town by car, as you avoid the traffic that can build up at the other end of town. Days out on foot are easy, with a 2 minute walk to a main road bus stop, or 10 minutes to Keswick bus station and Booths supermarket, 20 minutes to the famous Keswick launch for boat trips and lake walks. The Cottage is well furnished, with nice comfy beds and pillows, the bathroom is well done and the shower is very good – everything you need for a great base in the lakes 🙂

We stayed in Croft Cottage for 10 days and it was an excellent location for exploring the town and beyond. It was just a 2 or 3 minute stroll to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. It was well decorated and all of the equipment was new and everything was very clean. The double bedroom was large, surprisingly quiet and the bed was super comfy. A great find, we would definitely recommend.

We loved the cottage, it was perfectly located for Keswick, the lake and activities. We loved it and would book again plus recommend to others

Lovely Apartment. Another lovely week at Riverside View.. t has everything we need for a holiday in Keswick. Perfect location in a quiet area but close to Booths and the town. We like being able to use the Visitors Parking spot for any day visitors we have. An added bonus is being able to watch the rabbits and pheasants out of the living room window. We will be back!

We loved our week at 7 Greta Grove House. The views from the sitting room and kitchen windows were wonderful and the apartment is bright and airy. Everything was comfortable and very clean. It felt very spacious for the 3 of us. Keswick Holiday Homes were very responsive in resolving a small matter and we have booked with their company again – we were disappointed 7 Greta Grove was already booked for the dates we wanted!

We had every facility we needed for our week away, with the small but well equipped kitchen great to use. Our annual visit to Keswick was perfect with the flat being first class. We were blown away by the views from the flat seeing the hills every day. The flat was excellent, well kept and with everything we needed. Especially grateful for the lift!! Hope to return at some point.

The lovely flat is perfectly situated within reach of shops, Museum, Lake and Parks. It is also very quiet and private, despite being so near the bus station and supermarket. I saw a rabbit running near our car early one morning! The flat itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you Aimee for sorting out a small problem so promptly.

Lovely accommodation with everything you would need for a week’s stay. Very clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic – close to centre of Keswick and car parking space is great too.

First time visitors to Lilac Cottage. Fabulous property. Small, quiet, part residential area within 5 minutes easy stroll of town centre. Very well equipped. Some useful small complimentary grocery/cooking/cleaning products provided, saving you taking your own, which was appreciated. Ideal for a couple who want a little bit of space! Parking spot invaluable. Booked again for next year!

We stayed at 16 Greta Grove again. The apartment is clean and spacious. Also ideal for the bus station and in the centre of Keswick. We will hopefully be back in the future 🙂

As always 9 Greta Grove House is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday. It feels like a home from home.

What a beautiful ground floor apartment with views of the fells. Very peaceful surroundings and we had a couple of rabbits and pheasants that passed the patio doors most days. A minutes walk to Booths for provisions, and only a few minutes more to the main street. Clean and very comfortable. We usually stay at a different property and this was a lovely change.

Our fourth visit and can’t wait until the fifth. Apartment ideally situated with safe parking. Very well equipped and comfortable. Aimee always available if any queries.would highly recommended.

Home from home. We love this place and have returned several times with our dog and various friends and family. The location is perfect for walking and very close to Keswick and local amenities. We love this area and Brandlehow is a fantastic base

A great apartment in an excellent location with fabulous views of Cat Bells and Causey Pike from the lounge and Latrigg from the kitchen. Very comfortable and clean with everything you need. The double bed is rather creaky but comfortable.

We are just back from Lilac cottage Keswick. Our stay was great as usual . the weather was mixed but put on waterproofs and walked our socks off No mountains. The house feels just like a second home, we love it. Thanks see you again soon.

Wonderful Stay – We had a wonderful stay at Tiggs Place. The central location was ideal. The property was very well equipped and had everything we needed, making it feel like a real home from home. It was also extremely comfortable, and despite the hot weather during our stay, the accommodation stayed lovely and cool, which made a huge difference. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Superb Appartment. This apartment is in the perfect position for flat, easy walking into town or to the very close bus station and supermarket. Having the parking space right outside the apartment meant easy unloading and loading the car. A very quiet cul-de-sac with great views of the surrounding hills. Highly Recommended.

Our second year at this well appointed, and well maintained, apartment in a quiet area of Keswick. Ideally located for local shops, and particularly for the excellent bus services to all parts of the Lake District.

May 2026 was our second time at number 9 and our third time at Greta House and as you might expect, we love it! Wonderful well maintained flats located 5 minutes walk from the centre of town with their own allocated parking. We will probably be there in 2027!

Perfect location! This flat is exactly what we wanted, especially the excellent lift. It is quiet, in a central location, near shops, buses, parks and Derwent Water. It is well equipped and a good size, with great views. We enjoyed, each morning looking out of the windows, seeing a cycle race, a family of pheasants, a river changing with the weather and the hills; looking different each day and even as the hours went by as the sunshine changed. The one issue we had was quickly resolved. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Nice, modern, well equipped house in Keswick We had a lovely stay in Brundholme House in May 2026. Liked the modern decor, well equipped (but needs a bread knife) kitchen, and comfortable sofas. The parking , EV charger and enclosed garden were big plusses for us. The stairs and flooring on landing and in living room is slippery though so grippy slippers needed. Pieces of carpet on stairs would be safer and some nice rugs. Other than that pretty perfect, great for local walks up Latrigg Fell for amazing views and 15 mins to town across the park (not on Google maps so would be good to put local map of attractions in the welcome pack). Keswick is beautiful, great food options and very dog friendly. Perfect lakes base.

Lovely and great location. Have stayed several times and keep rebooking as we love it so much. If there are ever any issues they are always sorted quickly. Great location love the area. Already rebooked

Beautiful house and location. What a perfect place to stay. We visit Keswick regularly and have for years, this is up there with the best we’ve stayed at. Lovely house, well equipped, parking and an excellent location too. Highly recommend.

We were a three generational family: grandparents, parents and young children (4,2,0). The space was ideal for us. The cot and highchair were very welcome. The weather was too nice for us to make much use of the huge collection of games. However, the toys and children’s books were heavily utilised. The library of maps and walking books an additional and appreciated asset for the adults. Very well appointed kitchen. Everything worked. Convenient location a short walk to the shops. Certainly would stay at Hazelgrove again in an instant.

We really enjoyed our stay in Keswick. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make a lovely holiday. It was very handy being close to Booth’s and the fact that the apartments have decent parking was a plus. Keswick is a great place and we will definitely return to these apartments.

A great apartment in a good location close to town centre. Well equipped kitchen. Living room has excellent views over the church. Only gripes were the lack of a shower screen in one of the bathrooms. Also, a second set of door keys would have been useful.

Having stayed in No. 16 on numerous occasions we find it a lovely flat in an ideal location for ‘on the doorstep’ easy access to all the amenities Keswick has to offer! We’ll definitely be staying again in the future!

We have used Keswick Holiday Homes several times but this was our first stay in Derwent Cottage. It did not disappoint. Cottage was equipped to a high standard with good quality furniture. The beds were extremely comfortable and loved the Lucy Pittaway pictures! It was great that the TV had Netflix and Prime, a nice way to unwind after a day of long walks! We love staying in this area as its such a good location. No climbs this time but we enjoyed Whinlatter Forest, Derwent water lake walk, Grasmere and Ambleside. Aimee is most helpful and I always recommend Keswick Holiday Homes because of this. We will be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay in 7 Greta Grove House. The apartment is bright, welcoming and clean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for self catering. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds. The shower in the bathroom is not very powerful but has plenty of hot water. As other guests have remarked, quality towels are provided. The living room has great views out of the window as well as on the smart tv! Plenty of space for 4 adults to sit but the couches/chairs are a little tired. A parking space is allocated which for regular visitors to Keswick will know is worth its weight in gold! Overall, a great location and lovely apartment and we’d recommend to other family/friend groups.

The apartment was excellent and well equipped and very comfortable. It’s in a great location close to the Keswick centre. Looking forward to going back again.

We stayed for a week over the Easter holidays and had a great break away. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The location is perfect and so close to everything in Keswick. The parking space is large and easy to access. We were very lucky with the weather and had some sunny days. We were able to enjoy walks around Whinlatter, the lake and Ambleside and Grasmere. We would definitely stay again!

Yet again we enjoyed our stay at 20,Greta Grove House. The location is ideal for us and the lift facility is a great help . The apartment is very well equipped and well maintained and we would certainly hope to make future bookings.

A lovely stay as always in Lilac cottage it is our third time here and it is a perfect home from home holiday cottage. It is well equipped very clean and comfortable and very well located in a quiet location just off the town centre. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a lovely stay in this fantastic apartment. Super modern and comfortable and very dog friendly. 5 mins by car to Keswick or 15 mins walking yet so quiet and peaceful. Aimee was wonderful to deal with – very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic time!

This is the first time we have visited Keswick since acquiring a dog so a garden with a bit of grass was a priority. In reality the best thing about the house was proximity to the park and the ability to walk through the park into town to tire out said pup before the pub! We loved the super comfy beds, lovely bedding and squishy sofas, the great shower and the sheltered patio with furniture which we did get to use on one sunny afternoon. We didn’t love the fact the kitchen was basically unheated with only 2 tall radiators in the living room and the dining area heating the u-shaped room. It did warm up as the week went on but we had to add a jumper to jammies when getting up for the first few mornings. Location – fantastic including proximity to Filling Station (breakfasts) and Pheasant Inn (dinners and sunday lunch) Best bits – super comfy beds, great shower over bath Not ideal for us – very cold in downstairs loo/boot room so hard to dry stuff overnight but it wouldn’t put us off returning

Another great stay, we never want to leave! – amazing views, fabulous facilities (including new downstairs loo! which is a great addition) near to everything, some great walks from doorstep -secure garden for dogs, we will be back again 😊- thank you

Latrigg View was a perfect home away from home, comfortable and with everything we could want. Location was excellent and very quiet. We’re looking forward to another stay!

This was the 7th time we have stayed at Riverside View in the past 4 years and once again the apartment fully lived up to all our expectations. It is well situated in Keswick with good access to all amenities. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well furnished. We have already booked for the Autumn.

Immaculately clean and well presented. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Good water pressure for showering. Fantastic central location with allocated parking. Only negative would be television is not easy to work and information in booklet provided is needing to be updated as not for current television

Lilac Cottage was most comfortable, welcoming and warm and cosy especially when we opened the front door after a full day out….the cottage is .easy to manage…an enjoyable , relaxing few days holiday. We really would have liked better lighting in the lounge though. The light was poor for doing a jigsaw puzzle and for reading which we wanted to do in the evening. We didn’t bother with the television at all … gave it a rest this time!

A modern second floor spacious apartment. The kitchen was newly fitted with good quality appliances. The crockery, utensils, glasses etc were also good quality and new. The ensuite and bathroom seemed quite new, modern and well fitted. The bedrooms were spacious and the bedding was again good quality. The views from all the windows were stunning. We will definitely stay here again if possible.

This lovely little home has everything you need for a stay in the lakes. Located really centrally beside booth’s. This is the second time we’ve booked through Keswick holiday homes and Would definetly stay here again!
