Flat was lovely, brilliant location, and views, front and back. We loved sitting in front of the huge window watching the world go by (and the rain!) We did find the bedroom a little cramped to get around the furniture and (as taller people) the bed a bit short, especially with it having a wooden foot end – couldn’t even dangle feet over the end.

A Lovely apartment and location, but there was an issue with the boiler and no hot water. This was resolved quickly and some temporary accommodation provided for a couple of days while the problem was sorted out. A bit inconvenient but did not detract from a good week in Keswick. A lovely, friendly and helpful team to deal with.

Accommodation was excellent. Very clean and superb quality apartment. Location was perfect for walking into Keswick (5mins) for food and pubs, and Booths right on the doorstep. People in the block who we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Definitely go again.
Another enjoyable visit to number 12. As before, we found the apartment very clean and comfortable. As other guests have pointed out the location is very convenient: being close to the supermarket and town centre. It’s also a short stroll to the lake, and town parks.

We stayed in Croft Cottage for 10 days and it was an excellent location for exploring the town and beyond. It was just a 2 or 3 minute stroll to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. It was well decorated and all of the equipment was new and everything was very clean. The double bedroom was large, surprisingly quiet and the bed was super comfy. A great find, we would definitely recommend.
