Due for completion in October 2021, it has been refurbished to a very high standard. It offers luxurious contemporary accommodation in a classical lakeland building, mixing the old and new perfectly by retaining some original features, such as exposed stonework, beams and fireplace.
It offers two double bedrooms and a brand new family bathroom with bath and shower over.

The beds have hypoallergenic duvets and pillows and good quality bedlinen. Towels are provided for guests use and a hairdryer is available.
Derwent House is located just over the Portinscale bridge, around a 15 minute walk into Keswick in a quiet village location on the round Derwentwater walking route. Close to the popular Chalet tea rooms, it is a five minute stroll to the lake, Derwentwater Marina and Nichol End boat hire and 15 minute stroll to the Lingholm kitchen and gardens.
