9 Greta Grove House is a beautiful, spacious two-bedroom second floor apartment set in peaceful communal grounds only a short walk from Keswick town centre, with allocated parking. It has delightful views from the lounge and master bedroom and has a great central location, ideal for fell walks straight from the door.
There is a secure external entrance with entry answer phone. The front door leads to a spacious hallway with store cupboard, coat hooks and shoe storage.
The Living/dining room is large, airy and bright and looks out over Keswick towards Walla Crag, Bleaberry fell and to Causey Pike and towards Borrowdale. It is tastefully furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, beautiful oak furniture, electric fire, 26″ digital TV and DVD player. There is a well stocked library of guidebooks and maps. It also has dedicated dining space with a good size dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen has been recently installed and has new units and an excellent range of utensils and integrated equipment; a refrigerator, freezer, washer dryer, electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Several of the cupboards have space saving pull down shelves for ease of access.
The master bedroom is a large with a king size bed and extensive built in wardrobes and dressing table and ensuite shower, toilet and wash hand basin with shaver point. It has plenty of light with two windows and a ceiling velux allowing star gazing from the comfort of your bed!
The second twin bedroom is also a generous size with built in wardobes and plenty of space to move around. All beds have high quality duvets and linen. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
The main family bathroom has a bath with mains shower over, toilet, wash hand basin, towel rail and shaver point.
The apartment is best suited to children over 8 years old.
