8 Howrahs Court is a lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment in the ever popular Elliot Park area of town. Just a couple of minutes walk from Main Street and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater and the fells beyond, it is ideally located.

It is a spacious corner apartment with a double aspect lounge/diner. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard.


The front door leads onto a spacious hall with coat hooks and shoe storage. The kitchen has an excellent range of well-equipped units and utensils, a refrigerator with freezer section, washing machine with tumble drier, dishwasher, a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and extractor fan.

The bright and airy lounge/dining room is a quiet, relaxing space. It has two comfortable sofas, a round oak dining table and chairs, TV, ipod docking station and CD/radio.

Bedrooms consist of a master double with en–suite shower, shaver point, basin, toilet and double built in wardrobes. The second double bedroom also has built in wardrobes.  All beds have duvets and linen and towels are provided.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and shaver point.

The apartment has an allocated parking space for one car and free wi-fi.

A travel cot and high chair can also be provided on request.

The space is in a great location, value for money we thought and having your own parking space was perfect. We did a couple of walks straight from the flat which saved having to find car parking spaces at popular sites. Easy access to pubs, restaurants and shops was brilliant. We would definitely use the space again!
