Latrigg View is a spacious ground floor apartment in a quiet well maintained block a couple of minute’s level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, carpeted throughout and thoughtfully equipped with full gas central heating & double glazing. It is close to the river and enjoys views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw from the bedrooms. This spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet well maintained block is a couple of minute’s level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It is very well equipped, with an excellent kitchen and large family shower room. It comes with allocated parking.

Property Details

The front door leads to a large hallway with coat hooks, shoe storage and bookcase with useful reference books and maps.

The kitchen is well equipped with wooden units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine with tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, slow cooker, microwave, and dishwasher.

The dual aspect lounge/dining room has patio doors overlooking the communal gardens and a window overlooking a small shingled sitting area at the rear of the property. It has new sofa and arm chairs for 2024, oak dining table and chairs, Smart 40 inch TV, DVD, sound bar with bluetooth facility, digital radio and an electric fire.

Bedrooms consist of a king size master with high quality built in wardrobes and ensuite (wash hand basin and toilet) and a large twin room. All beds have duvets and linen and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer.

The main shower room has a large power shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point and it has new flooring.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.

What a beautiful ground floor apartment with views of the fells. Very peaceful surroundings and we had a couple of rabbits and pheasants that passed the patio doors most days. A minutes walk to Booths for provisions, and only a few minutes more to the main street. Clean and very comfortable. We usually stay at a different property and this was a lovely change.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location with fantastic views. Facilities were very good with the exception of the toaster which doesn’t seem to toast anything near cooked (very frustrating for toast and crumpet lovers). Service from Aimee was friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent stay.

Me and mam family had a wonderful stay, great location and clean apartment with all amenities.

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. It was immaculately clean and well cared for and also provided enough culinary equipment for our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the linens lovely and fresh. Washer/dryer & dish washer were easy to use. All in all the apartment provided everything necessary to compliment our weeks stay in Keswick, we couldn’t have wished for better.
