Fellview, Hewetson Court is one of our latest additions and is available to book from June 2020. Its new owners are focusing their efforts in preparing the property for rental in the coming months and it will be undergoing a full refurbishment. It is a spacious two bedroom, second floor apartment, straight off Main Street in the heart of the town. It offers a quiet space with lovely views West across the rooftops.

The front door leads to a large hallway from which all rooms lead. There is a storage cupboard with space for coats and walking boots.
The kitchen is light and well equipped with units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine with tumble drier, electric cooker, microwave and slow cooker.
The lounge/dining room has views towards Catbells in the West, over the rooftops of the town. It has two two seater sofas, a dining table and chairs for 4, TV, DVD, digital radio selection of guide books and reading material.
Bedrooms consist of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dressing table and high quality bedlinen and views towards Skiddaw. There is also a twin room with full size single bed and rollaway guest bed and wardrobe.
All beds have duvets and bedlinen and towels and a hair dryer are provided for guests.
The newly refitted family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin, towel rail and shaver point.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Hewetson Court is a very quiet development, just off Main Street in the heart of town. Number 21 is located on the second floor at the top of the building. It is next door to our other Hewetson Court property, Catbells. The grounds are well kept and it has one allocated parking space. The local Co-op store is next door and Booths Supermarket is a two minute walk away. You can also be at Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake in 10 minutes.
