BRAND NEW TO KESWICK HOLIDAY HOMES FOR JULY 2023 IS THE STUNNING HAZELGROVE

Hazelgrove is a stunning 4 bedroom Victorian mid-terrace property based close to the heart of Keswick town centre. Set over 3 floors this gorgeous property appeals to families, couples and groups.

Hazelgrove has been finished to a high standard with a well equipped new kitchen with a breakfast bar leading through to a dining area with an extendable table which seats 8 when extended.

The living room with its super soft carpets and plush yellow sofas and smart TV is the perfect place to relax after a day on the fells.

Onto the first floor which has the family bathroom with bath and shower over. You will then discover the first two bedrooms, one of which is a room with bunk beds in, and the second is the master which a large bright and airy bedroom with King Size bed.

The third floor has another bunk-bed bedroom and another King Size bedroom which has it’s own en-suite shower room, this bedroom also has amazing views of Latrigg and beyond.

The bunk bedrooms each have a Smart TV. Hazelgrove has a full capacity of 8 and would suit larger families or family groups with children. Due to the configuration of bunk beds, we accept adult only groups of max 6 adults.

Hazelgrove has a fantastic location, it is only a 10 minute walk to Derwent Water, a 5 minute walk into the town centre and a superb base to head to nearby fells from your front door.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
