Availability and Booking

You can view availability and prices for the next 12 months for all of our properties below and reserve online. We will then contact you to confirm your booking – this is usually within 3 hours.

If you are looking to book a date beyond this time, please contact as us we will be able to reserve it for you.

Changeover day in most properties is Saturday, except for Catbells, 20 Greta Grove House, The View and our Portinscale properties which are Friday. Changeover day can be found on each property page.

Bookings are for 7 or 14 nights. Short breaks are also available during quieter seasons.

Payment Methods

BACS transfer/ Fastpay – details will be provided with your booking acknowledgement.

Cheque – made payable to the property owner please (the owner’s name is listed beneath the individual property address). This will be confirmed in your booking acknowledgement.

Please note the deposit/balance paid will be refunded in case of a cancellation only if the property is re-let at the full rent, otherwise the amount paid is forfeited.

Access Guide
