We understand that many people may be concerned at the moment about the developing news of the Corona Virus outbreak and its effect on tourism.

We just wanted to reiterate that Keswick and the Lake District are fully open for business and visitors and guests are very welcome. We are still taking bookings and are ready to welcome you into our holiday cottages.

We understand that it is a concerning time for everyone and we’ve been thinking about what extra precautions we can take to help put your mind at ease about any upcoming visits you have booked. We are very fortunate to have a wonderful group of cleaners and our properties are always commended for their high standard of cleanliness when they are inspected.  We always pay particular attention to kitchen and bathroom surfaces. In addition to our usual processes, we have instigated some further regimes between visits. We will be wiping all door, window and cupboard handles, TV remote controls, light switches, keys and key safes with antibacterial spray between each visit as an added precaution.

We thought it may be useful to outline our cancellation policy again here. In the event that you need to cancel a booking, we will do whatever we can to re-let the week and if we do, we will provide a full refund of any deposit and/or balance payment made.
