We have started to see the welcome signs of spring on the way – lots of snowdrops around and some early daffodils are starting to pop up. We have had some lovely weather this week too – the photo above was taken on Tuesday and what a glorious day it was.

Other News
Our new apartments in Chaucer House and at Derwent House in Portinscale are proving to be very popular – guests have been enjoying their facilities, standard of décor and equipment and they are all getting excellent feedback. The last of the Portinscale development, the quirky top floor Otterbield, opened for bookings last week and its fantastic Derwentwater view is going to be a real hit with guests. As they are still getting established, there is still fair availability for them through the late Spring and Summer season, so book now to secure your ideal date!
Owners have also been busy working on other properties, Catbells in Hewetson Court has had new windows and brand new kitchen in the last few weeks, there is new furniture in Derwent Cottage and 16 Greta Grove House, Felltops has had a wonderful new ensuite bathroom and Skiddaw will also be getting a new bathroom and ensuite next month.
