Nestled on the banks of the River Greta, 5 Greta Side Court is situated in a building that was originally a Pencil Mill in the 19th century. It is a cosy and comfortable first floor apartment for two people. It has a lounge/diner, compact kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals, a recently refurbished bathroom and double bedroom.

The apartment is in an ideal location, close to the River. You can be in the heart of Keswick in a couple of minutes, the Co-op and Booths supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is a 10 minute stroll to Derwentwater.
