I am very pleased to announce that we are adding another lovely property to our selection of great value homes in Keswick. Derwent Cottage is available for bookings from July onward and is available to accommodate any last minute visitors to the 2017 Keswick Convention.

It is a modern two bedroom town house at Elm Court in Elliott Park, close to the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It has lovely views from the bedroom towards the Howrahs and Portinscale and overlooks the River Greta. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and appliances. The decor is all new, clean and fresh and fixtures and fittings are up to our usual keswick Holiday Home standard.

The cottage sleeps four people and there is space for a cot. The owner will also consider one well behaved dog in the property, so your four legged friend can enjoy a trip to the Lake District.
